We will visit the Salt Lick safari lodge in Taita Hills wildlife sanctuary for an overnight stay. The lodge is built on stilts concrete which offers a good view of the sanctuary and animal water hole

Description

Day 1 You will be picked up from your hotel in the early morning at 6:00 am and depart by road to Taita Hills Game Sanctuary. Upon arrival at Taita Hills, at around 10:00 am, you will have your first game drive searching for wildlife in the sanctuary until 1:30 pm when you will go Saltlick safari lodge, check in and have lunch. After lunch, you will relax for about 2 hours. In the evening, you will head out for an evening game drive in the sanctuary searching for lions, elephants, ostriches, zebras and other wildlife, until sunset. Thereafter, you will come back to the saltlick safari lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 2 Wake up and enjoy an early morning game drive in the sanctuary then come back for breakfast at the saltlick safari lodge. At around 9:30 am you will start your journey back. You shall arrive back to your hotel at around 3:00 pm where you shall be dropped off. This is the end of your safari.
