Begin your adventure with an early morning pickup from Nairobi, followed by a scenic drive along the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Stop at a viewpoint to capture breathtaking views and photos of the valley below. Arrive at Crater Lake Game Sanctuary mid-morning. After a quick briefing, embark on a guided nature walk around the volcanic crater and through the surrounding sanctuary. Spot wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, elands, and various antelopes, alongside over 150 bird species that make the area a paradise for birdwatchers. Learn about the region’s volcanic formation, flora, and fauna from your naturalist guide.
