Pick up from your Hotel or Residence in Nairobi at 5:00am for Maasai Mara Game Reserve in a private vehicle. You will have breakfast at 8am on the way or you can carry picnic breakfast. 0900hrs: Arrive in Maasai Mara Game drives start at the Sekenani Gate all the way to the Maasai Mara river. Maasai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. Its regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife Viewing areas. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. Hardly can a visitor miss to spot the big five. The phenomenal wildebeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai Mara is the wonder of the world. 1300hrs: You will enjoy your packed picnic lunch under a tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park, alternatively upon request we are happy to reserve buffet lunch for you at the Keekorok Lodge at an extra 25 USD. 1600hrs: Depart the park and start the drive back to Nairobi. 2000hrs:Arrive back in Nairobi and transfer back to your hotel.
