Description

Day 1: From Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve After breakfast, depart from Nairobi to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. After arrival, have lunch and head out on an afternoon game drive. Watch for big cats like lions and cheetahs hunting as the sun sets and the animals become more active. Return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay. Accommodation: Rhino Tourist Camp or similar accommodation according to availability. Day 2: All Day Maasai Mara National Reserve After breakfast, embark on a morning game drive. Encounter the reserve’s wildlife, including the Big Five and over 400 species of birds. Enjoy the scenic landscape of the Maasai Mara, known as Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Break for a packed lunch while taking in the panoramic views. After lunch, continue with an afternoon and evening game drive, searching for wildlife you may have missed earlier. Capture photos of the stunning scenery and diverse wildlife. Accommodation: Rhino Tourist Camp or similar accommodation according to availability. Day 3: From Maasai Mara National Reserve to Nairobi Wake up early and enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee before setting out for a sunrise game drive at 6:30 AM. Early morning is one of the best times to spot predators on the hunt, as well as other wildlife before the heat of the day sets in. The golden morning light also provides excellent photography opportunities. After about three hours on the plains, return to the camp for a hearty breakfast. You’ll then check out of the lodge, say goodbye to the friendly staff, and begin your journey back to Nairobi by road. On the way, you can choose to visit Maasai Village, a traditional village of the Maasai people, and learn about their traditions, culture, and dances. Along the way, there will be a stop for lunch and short breaks for stretching. Expect to arrive in Nairobi between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, depending on traffic. You will be dropped off at your hotel, the airport, or another agreed location.
