Embark on a 7-day safari through some of Kenya's most iconic national parks and reserves. From the breathtaking savannas of the Maasai Mara, where you'll witness incredible wildlife and the annual Great Migration (seasonal), to the stunning landscapes of Lake Nakuru, the misty forests of Aberdare, and the unique terrain of Samburu, this adventure promises a diverse and immersive African experience. Day 1-3: Maasai Mara National Reserve Your adventure begins with a journey to the Maasai Mara, Kenya's most famous wildlife reserve. Over three days, experience exhilarating game drives across the plains, spotting the Big Five (lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos) along with countless other animals like zebras, giraffes, and wildebeests. Capture the beauty of the Mara's golden sunsets and immerse yourself in the local Maasai culture through optional village visits. Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park Next, travel to Lake Nakuru, a bird lover’s paradise known for its vast flocks of flamingos that create a pink blanket on the lake. Enjoy a game drive to spot rhinos, hippos, and the elusive Rothschild giraffe against the backdrop of the stunning Rift Valley escarpments. Lake Nakuru is also home to lions and leopards, offering a diverse wildlife experience. • The Great Migration is seasonal, occurring between July and October. Visits to Maasai villages are optional and may incur an additional cost. Nighttime temperatures can drop, especially in the Aberdare region, so warm clothing is recommended. Some game drives may start early in the morning to increase the chances of wildlife sightings.
