Description

Meet your guide in Nairobi and board the vehicle to Namanga. Arrive at the base of the range on the Kenyan side and begin your hike. Follow an initially steep, rocky path to reach a scenic viewpoint. Enjoy breathtaking views across the villages below, and, if the skies are clear, admire the magnificent views of Mount Longido and Kilimanjaro in the distance. Continue into a serene forest, with a dramatic switch from the fairly hot bushland to the cool, calm, fairly level forest walk. The trail then reconnects to join a steep descent path, taking you back to the starting point. After the hike, start your journey back to Nairobi.
