Description

Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in Mombasa or Nairobi. Travel to the Taita Hills Game Sanctuary, enjoying a game drive along the way. Upon arrival at the lodge, have lunch, relax, and then head out for a game drive in the sanctuary, searching for lions and other wildlife until sunset. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Salt Lick Lodge. This lodge is especially memorable for its imaginative structure. A complex of rondavels sits on stilts over a series of water holes. These two-story towers, topped by peaked thatch roofs connected by open-air bridges, create an African fantasy of a medieval fortress. The lodge has been built with game viewing in mind, providing you with a panoramic view of the sanctuary and offering spectacular views of the landscape and wildlife. On the second day, have breakfast at the lodge and enjoy a short game drive as you depart for Mombasa or Nairobi. Lunch will be provided along the way. Upon arrival in Mombasa or Nairobi, you will be dropped off at your hotel, where your safari will end.

We use a customised safari VAN with a pop up roof for game viewing and Photography. We pick up and/ or drop to the international Airport at No extra cost. The rooms are private and Not shared. The rooms have beds, linens, washrooms, mosquito nets inside. no need to bring. The rooms also have hot water and electricity between 6 and 10 pm.
