Description

Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli Depart for the Amboseli National Park via the Nairobi - Mombasa road at 7AM. The morning drive is via typical African savanna country dotted with local homesteads and colorful Masai herdsmen grazing their cattle. Arrive at the Amboseli national park in time for lunch. Take a midday rest and later venture into the park for the scheduled afternoon game viewing drive. We shall be in search of elephant, giraffe, zebra, lion, cheetah, warthog, ostrich and many others The Mount Kilimanjaro dominates the skyline and surrounding country side it is the tallest in Africa and highest free Standing Mountain in the world. Mount Kilimanjaro with its snow - capped peak shall dominate the background while we marvel at the wildlife and scenery. Dinner and Accommodation at AA Lodge or Similar Day 2: Amboseli to Nairobi Wake up early in the morning to see Mount Kilimanjaro, and take an early morning game drive. Marvel Mount Kilimanjaro as it's illuminated by the early morning light, revealing darks hues of purple, and turning its snow an ethereal pink. Enjoy an iconic African sight: herds of African elephants crossing the Amboseli plains with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. Animals are most active in the morning, so you'll be able to see the wildlife hunt and play in the early morning light. After the game drive, head back to camp for breakfast and then return to Nairobi.
