Description
Day 1: Mombasa / Diani - Tsavo East
You will be picked from your Hotel at 5:00 am in the morning, drive along Mombasa Nairobi highway and arrive at Bachuma gate in Tsavo East at around 8:30 am. Here you will begin your game drive. Visit various places in the park. You will have a chance to see many elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras etc. You will continue the game drive en route to leave the national park heading to Taita Hills wildlife sanctuary. Upon arrival at Taita Hills Wildlife sanctuary, you will have lunch at the Saltlick Lodge, check in and relax for 2 hours. In the evening you will head out for a game drive in the sanctuary searching for lions, Ostriches, gnues, Gazzelles, Girrafes and other wildlife, until sunset. You will then return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay at Salt Lick Lodge.
Day 2: Taita Hills – Mombasa/Diani
Wake up and enjoy an early morning game drive in the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. You will later come back to the lodge for breakfast. At around 9:30 am you will depart for Mombasa/Diani. Upon arrival in Mombasa/Diani, you will be dropped off at your hotel at around 2:00 pm. This is the end of your safari
