Description
Nairobi to Maasai Mara
At 8 am, you will be picked up from your hotel within the city centre/Westland area and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Arrive in the camp in time for lunch. Check in and have lunch. At 4:00 PM, depart for a sunset game drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve, where the chances of seeing big cats are extremely high. The drive ends at 6:00 PM. Return to camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner and time to rest.
Spend the night in Rhino tourist Camp/ Similar.
There is an option to upgrade to midrange luxury accommodation at Mara Para, Mara Sopa, Jambo Mara, or a similar property.
Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara Reserve
Have breakfast at 6:30 am and at 7 am, leave for a full day game viewing in the park. On this day, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodile. Thereafter, go for picnic lunch in park under a croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.

Day 3: Depart Maasai Mara to Nairobi
Early morning breakfast then check out for your drive back to Nairobi. Optional visit to Maasai Village at an extra cost. On arrival you will be dropped at the city center/hotel within the city center. End of the tour.
