Begin with a warm Kenyan welcome, enjoying a fresh cup of coffee and local sweet bites. Walk through lush fields and learn about seedling propagation, soil care, and cherry selection. Get hands-on if cherries are in season.
Witness how cherries transform into beans, from pulping to fermentation and drying on raised beds. In a rustic roasting hut, use a traditional jiko to roast, grind, and bag your coffee under local expert guidance.
