Description
The tour begins with a drive from Nairobi towards the Great Rift Valley, with opportunities to admire scenic views.
The primary focus is a game drive in the Soysambu Wildlife Conservancy, known for its abundant wildlife. You can see animals such as zebras, buffaloes, Rothschild's giraffes, leopards, monkeys, and various bird species, including pelicans and flamingos.
Lake Elementaita is an important bird area (IBA), with over 450 recorded bird species, making it a great location for bird watching.
The area offers a unique cultural experience, and sometimes includes stops at a Maasai market where you can interact with locals.
Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant.
You can also learn about the rich archaeological history of the region, with sites like Kariandusi dating back to the Oldowan perio.
Later you will be dropped off at your hotel/airport in Nairobi
