Stop At: Nairobi National Park, Langata Road, Nairobi Kenya Discover the exquisite beauty of Nairobi National Park with the serene view of Nairobi city during this unforgettable tour, where you will have a chance to see wildlife in their natural habitat, including Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino, Giraffe. This stunning game drive within the savannah with a serene view of the city's sky scrappers on the background during the tour. See wildlife in their natural habitat, including lions, giraffes, and rhinos. This unique ecosystem combines wildlife and city life. The park is home to over 100 mammal species and over 400 bird species. During your tour, you will have a closer view of the animals and learn about their behaviors and habitats. The park covers an area of 117 square kilometers and has diverse habitats, including open grass plains, riverine forests, and valleys. This provides a good grazing area for large mammals like zebras, buffaloes and wildebeests. In addition to the game drive, you will get to learn more about the park’s conservation efforts and challenges facing wildlife conservation in Kenya. This tour provides an unforgettable experience while respecting the welfare of the animals. Duration: 4hrs Stop At: Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Magadi Road, KWS Workshop Nairobi National park entrance gate. The Orphanage strictly opens between 11 am and 12 noon for a one-hour window of opportunity. During this time, you will have the best opportunity to mingle with rescued baby and teenage elephants at a very close proximity, have a moment for memorable photo sessions with them. Prepare for a thrilling experience as you learn their unique stories, on where they were rescued from and how they received their names. Through their experienced guides and handlers, you will also gain insights into the Trust's plans for their future release, adding an element of hope to this extraordinary experience. Duration: 1hr Stop At: Giraffe Centre, Duma Rd, Nairobi Kenya You will learn about the different types of giraffes and the conservations efforts being made. You will then be driven to the Giraffe Centre, where you will learn more about the efforts made to conserve an endangered species of Rothschild giraffe. The center's main purpose is to protect and help with the breeding of the endangered Rothschild Giraffe. Under the supervision of a professional, you will have a chance feed the giraffes from a raised observation platform. These platforms allow the visitors to come eye-to-eye with the giraffes. There is a large auditorium where visitors can be educated about Giraffe conservation and various activities the center is involved in. You will get to learn how the Centre, through education for sustainable development programmes, aims at cultivating interest in environment by highlighting the practical benefits to people and also animals.
